Yes, we offer license exclusive distribution rights to certain markets or territories as long as the territory is still available. Please email us on info@mrsimms.co with your company name, country or territory and we can send you our international brochure and arange a call to discuss the licensing requirements.

All our products are labelled to comply with UK and US labelling requirements in English. We are happy to make specific changes to the labels at additional costs and MOQ.

For shipments outside the UK; Customers or Purchasers will arrange and pay for their own collection and transportation costs. The INCOTERMS for all orders is EXW. The Customer or Purchaser is responsible to arrange their own collection and transportation of the goods. Mr Simms's responsibility is limited to providing the products in a designated warehouse for collection and excludes transportation, custom clearance and any other statutory or regulatory compliance requirements.

The lead time between ‘final approved order’ and ‘collection’ is approximately 8 weeks. Manufacturing and packaging of the sweets typically takes approximately 7 weeks with an extra week as contingency.

Orders below 'Minimum Order Quantity' ("MOQ"): Full Payment (non-refundable) upon acceptance & confirmation of order. Orders above 'Minimum Order Quantity' ("MOQ"): Payment of 60% of the Order Value (non-refundable deposit) upon order acceptance.and confirmation. The 40% balance is payable 3 working days before the goods are ready for pick-up.
