After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If this doesn’t happen, please contact us on info@mrsimms.co
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ANY GOODS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF HOT WEATHER.
We really want your favourite sweets to reach you in tip-top condition. We go to great lengths to source great quality products and to package and label them properly but, once a delivery has left our premises, we can’t control what happens to it. If your parcel happens to arrive in a damaged condition that has affected the quality of the product inside, we want to know about it. Please email us at orders@mrsimms.co
We use Royal Mail and Fedex for our deliveries. We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday (excluding bank holiday). Stock allowing, orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the same working day, whilst orders placed after noon will be dispatched the following working day.

Special Arrangements: Requests for timed deliveries, restricted access, or special site handling must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges. Customers must provide all necessary access information to enable successful delivery.
